KaseyLem Return Policy:
Items purchased directly from kaseylem.store can be returned if a return request is made during the 60-day trial period. The trial begins when your order is delivered.
Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned and are ineligible for refunds once shipped.
Third-Party Return Policy:
If your item was purchased from a third-party platform or retailer (not directly from kaseylem.store), please follow the return instructions provided by that platform. Return windows and policies may vary.
For purchases made through platforms like Amazon, eBay, or Walmart, please refer to their specific return policies. Most returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
For returns involving sellers under marketplace programs or global stores, please consult the relevant return terms published on those platforms.

Warranty Policy:
KaseyLem honors a Limited Lifetime Warranty for all eligible items purchased directly from kaseylem.store.
If your product was purchased from our official Amazon store, we will also honor our warranty.
