Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing includes order verification, product inspection, packaging, and handoff to the shipping carrier. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next available business day.
During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including:
- All 48 contiguous states
- Alaska and Hawaii
- U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam)
- Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) via USPS where applicable
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
- West Coast (e.g., California, Nevada, Arizona): 3–5 business days
- Midwest (e.g., Illinois, Texas, Ohio): 4–6 business days
- East Coast (e.g., New York, Florida, Massachusetts): 5–7 business days
- Remote areas (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories): 7–10 business days
- Military APO/FPO/DPO: Up to 14 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We work with trusted shipping providers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is chosen based on the size, weight, and destination of the package. We may offer multiple shipping options at checkout when available.
Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders—no minimum purchase required.
If expedited shipping is available, the option and associated cost will be shown at checkout. Expedited orders are still subject to the 1–3 day processing time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking links may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
You can also log in to your account on kaseylem.store to view your order status and tracking details.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected]. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll update the address. Once the order has shipped, address changes cannot be made.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please:
- Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, garage, with neighbors)
- Wait 24 hours—some carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number
We will investigate with the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Peak Season and Holiday Shipping
During holidays and promotional periods, carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend placing orders early to avoid disappointment.
Delivery Restrictions
We do not deliver to PO Boxes (except via USPS), freight forwarding addresses, or commercial forwarding services.
